对于小学班主任来说,作为教育中的主要实施者与班级中的管理者来说,不仅是教学质量的保证,同时也是学生成长与发展过程中的重要参与者。但是通过调查可以看出,现阶段教师在教学中普遍存在着主动性不足与能力不足等问题,所以针对这一现象就要及时做好调整工作,采取有效的措施,提高班主任工作的有效性,满足学生的学习与发展需求。基于此本文针对小学班主任工作中存在的问题进行了简要阐述,并提出几点个人看法,仅供参考。 For primary school teachers, as the main implementer in education and the manager in class, it is not only the guarantee of teaching quality, but also the important participant in the process of students’ growth and development.
