模拟了煤自然发火实际近似绝热及外加热源情况下的试验条件,研究并建立了煤自然发火模拟测试系统。该系统主要由供风系统、炉体、煤温检测及温控装置以及气体分析系统组成,可直接获取煤体内测点温度、气体组分与浓度分布,具备完善的煤炭自燃火灾测试条件,不但可为煤自然发火期的测定提供实验条件,同时也可为实验室条件下模拟中等规模的煤自然发火过程,测试无线温度传感器网络节点装置的可靠性等提供技术支持。
Simulated the actual conditions of coal spontaneous combustion similar to the case of adiabatic and external heat conditions, research and establish a natural coal fire simulation test system. The system mainly consists of air supply system, furnace body, coal temperature detection and temperature control device and gas analysis system. It can directly obtain temperature, gas composition and concentration distribution of measurement point in coal body, and has perfect test conditions of spontaneous combustion of coal. It can provide experimental conditions for the determination of coal spontaneous combustion period, and also provide technical support for simulating the spontaneous combustion process of medium-sized coal under laboratory conditions and testing the reliability of the wireless temperature sensor network node device.
