目的探讨当归精油制剂中应用环糊精包合技术的可行性。方法采用X射线衍射法、气相色谱质谱法与薄层层析法研究包合前后当归精油的稳定性。结果通过薄层色谱(TLC)跟踪检查结果发现,溶出成分Rf值与当归精油中虚拟变量地域分散化程度(DGEO)值具有一致性;包合物的缓释作用较好,温度会在很大程度上影响包合物本身所具有的稳定性,50℃下,包合物当归精油可在50 h内释放98.9%当归精油,当归精油利用率为92.7%,与当归原药材比较,包合物含油量提升了20倍左右。结论当归精油制成环糊精包合物后,可使液体药物成功固化,同时也有助于增强当归精油稳定性。
Objective To investigate the feasibility of inclusion of cyclodextrin in Angelica essential oil preparations. Methods The stability of angelica essential oil before and after inclusion was studied by X-ray diffraction, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and thin-layer chromatography. Results According to the results of TLC, the Rf value of dissolution was consistent with the value of DGEO of the pseudo-variable in Angelica sinensis essential oil. The slow release of inclusion complex was better and the temperature would be very high The degree of impact on the stability of the inclusion complex itself, 50 ℃, Angelica sinensis Angelica can release 98.9% of the Angelica essential oil within 50 h, Angelica essential oil utilization was 92.7%, compared with the original Chinese angelica, inclusion Oil content increased about 20 times. Conclusion Angelica sinensis oil can be used as a cyclodextrin inclusion compound to successfully solidify liquid drugs, and also help to enhance the stability of Angelica sinensis essential oil.
