Integrated management of pests is a new strategy for pest control that has been summed up by people in the struggle against pests for a long time. DDT, BHC and organophosphorus pesticides have emerged since the 1940s. At that time, people thought that pesticides could solve the problem of pests and rely more on the prevention and treatment of pesticides. The control of pesticides has indeed achieved great achievements over the past 30 years. However, pests have become more and more serious. Some pests that were not seriously damaged have now become grave. In addition, some very easy to kill pests, with the repeated use of drugs, resulting in resistance, not easy to control. Because of these phenomena, people’s strategies for pest control have to be reconsidered. In 1966, the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) and the International Organization for Biological Control (IOBC) put forward the integrated pest management
