对Mg-4Li和Mg-6Li合金进行热挤压处理后,在不同温度下进行退火,研究退火工艺对合金显微组织与性能的影响。结果表明:经290℃热挤压后,Mg-4Li合金中α相产生了局部再结晶,而Mg-6Li合金中的β相优先于α相基本完成再结晶。与Mg-4Li合金相比,由于β相的存在,Mg-6Li合金完全再结晶的退火温度可降低至200℃,并且挤压及退火态Mg-6Li合金的硬度也降低。
The Mg-4Li and Mg-6Li alloys were hot-extruded and then annealed at different temperatures to study the effect of annealing process on the microstructure and properties of the alloy. The results show that α-phase recrystallization occurs in Mg-4Li alloy after hot extrusion at 290 ℃, while β-phase in Mg-6Li alloy recrystallizes almost in preference to α phase. Compared with Mg-4Li alloy, the annealing temperature of complete recrystallization of Mg-6Li alloy can be reduced to 200 ℃ because of β phase, and the hardness of extruded and annealed Mg-6Li alloy also decreases.
