鼻腔内翻型乳头状瘤多侵犯鼻腔外侧壁,而引起鼻中隔穿孔的病例文献中少见报道,现将我科收治的1例报告如下:患者男,54岁,农民。左鼻塞2年。右鼻塞渐加重8月伴流脓涕于1994年11月10日入院。病程中无头痛及涕中带血。无鼻部手术及外伤病史。检查:一般情况佳。眼及全身各重要脏器检查无异常。胸片及心电图正常。专科检查:耳咽喉无异常。鼻中隔偏右,左 Intranasal inverted papilloma more violations of the lateral nasal wall, nasal septal perforation caused by the rare case of literature reports, now our department admitted 1 case reported as follows: Male patient, 54 years old, farmer.
