针对某煤矿集中胶带机下山段(240 m)矿压显现强烈的特点,提出了符合某煤矿地质条件的“高强锚网索+底拱+格栅拱架混凝土联合支护”方案。结果表明:仅采用“锚杆+锚索”支护方式巷道变形量大,矿压显现强烈;采用联合支护方案后巷道支护好,能够有效控制软岩巷道中围岩稳定,技术经济效益良好。
In view of the strong underground pressure of a coal concentration belt conveyor (240 m), a scheme of “high strength anchor net + base arch + grid arch concrete joint support” which meets the geological conditions of a coal mine is proposed. The results show that the deformation of roadway with “anchor bolt + anchor cable” support method is large and the pressure of mine is strong. After the joint support scheme is adopted, the roadway support is good and the surrounding rock stability in soft rock tunnel can be effectively controlled. Good economic returns.
