By using brother-Clarke’s rule of thumb and Kuznets’s rule of thumb, this paper analyzes the changes of industrial structure in our province from 1978 to 1995 and uses Moire vector method to measure, analyze and compare the rate of change of industrial structure in Qinghai Province.
