新一轮的国资改革正在紧锣密鼓地推进,国企在改革中更是责无旁贷。如何让国企在这场改革中焕发出生机活力,展现更加积极的面貌,这是改革的大势所趋,也是改革发展的希望。国家近年来非常注重混合所有制经济发展,本文作者所在公司的上级单位-中国建筑材料集团有限公司被国资委列为第一批混合所有制实施试点单位。作为混合所有制改革的先行者,中国建筑材料集团有限公司在市场竞争环境中进行了一些有益探索,并取得良好的业绩。我们知道,一个企业改革成功离不开良好的财务管理,优秀的财务管理体制是稳定企业发展的基石。本文就有关混合所有制改革进行分析探索,对财务管理提出一些完善建议,旨在共同促进国有企业的发展,供大家参考。
A new round of state-owned assets reform is in full swing, and state-owned enterprises are even more responsible in the reform. How to let the state-owned enterprises revitalize their vitality in this reform and show a more positive outlook is the general trend of reform and the hope of reform and development. In recent years, the state attaches great importance to the development of mixed ownership economy. The superior unit of the company where the author of this paper is located, China National Building Material Group Co., Ltd., was listed as the first experimental unit of mixed ownership by SASAC. As the pioneer of mixed ownership reform, China Building Materials Group Co., Ltd. conducted some beneficial exploration in the market competition environment and achieved good results. We know that a successful enterprise reform can not do without good financial management, excellent financial management system is the cornerstone of stable business development. This article analyzes and explores the reform of mixed ownership, and puts forward some perfect suggestions on financial management so as to jointly promote the development of state-owned enterprises for your reference.
