在模拟电路设计阶段,可以应用电路分析软件OrCAD方便地得到所有元件的单参数灵敏度,但是无法得到实际应用中更重要的多参数灵敏度,也无法直观地比较两种拓扑结构的模拟电路灵敏度优劣.针对此问题,提出了用电路分析软件OrCAD和MATLAB相结合进行模拟电路多参数灵敏度分析的方法.实例分析结果表明:此方法可以对模拟电路进行直观地最坏情况分析、Schoeffler分析和蒙特卡洛统计分析,并能较好地比较多种电路结构之间灵敏度的优劣.该成果对模拟电路的设计具有一定的参考价值和指导意义.
In the analog circuit design stage, OrCAD circuit analysis software can be used to easily get all the components of single-parameter sensitivity, but can not be more practical application of the multi-parameter sensitivity, can not be intuitively compare the two topologies analog circuit sensitivity is good or bad In order to solve this problem, a method of multi-parameter sensitivity analysis of analog circuits by using circuit analysis software OrCAD and MATLAB is presented.Example analysis results show that this method can directly and directly analyze the worst case of analog circuits, Schoeffler analysis and Monte-Carlo Luo statistical analysis, and can better compare the advantages and disadvantages of the sensitivity between a variety of circuit structures.The results of the analog circuit design has some reference value and guiding significance.
