目的探讨手足口病患儿的心肌酶谱和肌钙蛋白水平的变化,并分析其临床意义。方法采用全自动生化分析仪检测85例手足口病患儿血清α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(α-HBDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH);采用全自动化学发光免疫分析仪检测肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)水平,并与55例健康儿童检测结果进行对照分析。结果手足口病组患儿血清α-HBDH、CK、CK-MB、LDH及cTnI水平均高于正常组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心肌酶谱和肌钙蛋白水平的检测可以较好的判断手足口病患儿的情况,并为临床治疗提供依据。
Objective To investigate the changes of myocardial enzymes and troponin in children with hand-foot-mouth disease and to analyze its clinical significance. Methods Serum a-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase (α-HBDH), creatine kinase (CK), creatine kinase MB (CK-MB) Dehydrogenase (LDH). The level of cTnI was detected by the automatic chemiluminescence immunoassay and the results were compared with the results of 55 healthy children. Results The serum levels of α-HBDH, CK, CK-MB, LDH and cTnI in HFMD children were significantly higher than those in normal controls (P <0.05). Conclusion The detection of myocardial enzymes and troponin can be used to judge the situation of children with hand-foot-mouth disease and provide the basis for clinical treatment.
