营养干预治疗妊娠期糖尿病患者的临床效果

目的分析营养干预对妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者的临床效果。方法选取该院2014年6月-2015年5月收治的88例GDM患者作为对照组,给予临床常规保健干预;选取该院2015年6月-2016年5月收治的GDM患者96例作为观察组,在对照组基础上实施营养干预。观察比较两组患者治疗前后的血糖水平、能量和营养素摄入水平、孕期体重变化情况及母婴结局。结果观察组血糖控制水平、能量和营养素的摄入、自然分娩率优于对照组,孕妇孕期体重增长和围产期并发症,明显低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论妊娠期间,采取营养干预调整GDM孕妇血糖,合理摄入能量和营养素,对控制孕期体重,减少GDM并发症,改善妊娠结局有积极的作用。 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of nutrition intervention on gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). Methods Eighty-eight patients with GDM admitted from June 2014 to May 2015 in our hospital were selected as the control group and received routine health care intervention. Ninety-six patients with GDM treated in our hospital from June 2015 to May 2016 were selected as the observation group , In the control group based on the implementation of nutritional intervention. The levels of blood glucose, energy and nutrient intake before and after treatment, changes in weight during pregnancy and maternal and infant outcomes were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The levels of blood sugar control, energy and nutrient intake in observation group were better than those in control group. The weight gain during pregnancy and perinatal complications in pregnant women were significantly lower than those in control group (all P <0.05 ). Conclusion During pregnancy, nutritional intervention to adjust the blood sugar of pregnant women with GDM, reasonable intake of energy and nutrients, to control weight during pregnancy, reduce complications of GDM, improve pregnancy outcome has a positive effect.
