对非晶Fe78Si9B13合金进行了连续超短脉冲电流处理,测量了处理后试样的综合软磁性能.实验证明,当基体金属相αFe(Si)析出量为3%左右,αFe(Si)颗粒大小约为33nm时,可以获得较好的软磁性能.如最大磁导率提高、矫顽力明显降低.利用随机各向异性模型讨论了连续超短脉冲电流处理改善非晶Fe78Si9B13合金软磁性能的机理
The results show that when the precipitated amount of αFe (Si) is about 3%, the particle size of αFe (Si) particles is smaller than that of the amorphous Fe78Si9B13 alloy, About 33nm, we can obtain better soft magnetic properties, such as the maximum permeability increases, the coercivity decreased significantly.The use of continuous ultrashort pulse current treatment to improve the soft magnetic properties of amorphous Fe78Si9B13 alloy by stochastic anisotropy model mechanism
