(一 )　　我国已实行领导干部的收入申报。其根据是 1 995年中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅联合发布的《关于党政机关县 (处 )级以上领导干部收入申报的规定》。该规定要求各级党的机关、人大机关、行政机关、政协机关、审判机关、检查机关等副处级 (含副处级 )以上干部必须申报 (I) China has implemented the income declaration of leading cadres.
