在不同浇注温度下浇注Mg-10Sm合金,研究了浇注温度对Mg-10Sm合金凝固组织的影响。结果表明,随着浇注温度的降低,试样外部粗大柱状树枝晶区逐渐缩小,浇注温度在700℃及以下,外部柱状晶区消失,转化为细小等轴晶;试样心部粗大树枝晶逐渐细化并转变为细小的等轴晶。二次枝晶间距随着浇注温度的降低逐渐减小。浇注温度对合金共晶相体积分数、共晶相分布以及共晶相形貌没有明显的影响。
The effects of pouring temperature on the solidification microstructure of Mg-10Sm alloy were studied by casting Mg-10Sm alloy at different pouring temperatures. The results show that with the decrease of pouring temperature, the dendrites of coarse columnar dendrites outside the sample gradually decrease, the pouring temperature is below 700 ℃ and below, the outer columnar dendrites disappear and turn into small equiaxed grains; Refined and transformed into small equiaxed. Secondary dendrite spacing decreases with decreasing pouring temperature. The pouring temperature had no significant effect on the volume fraction of eutectic phase, eutectic phase distribution and eutectic phase morphology.
