肺泡细胞癌(Alveolar cell Carcinoma)少见,占肺部肿瘤的1—8%,平均为2.5%。绝大多数发生于40岁以上成人,Storey综合205例,平均年龄59岁,其中最小1例16岁。青少年发病者极个别,最小15岁;12岁以下儿童未见报告。现将我院经手术证实的1例报告于下。林××,10岁,女性。住院号:35240。咯血半年,于65年4月5日入院。病初轻咳,痰中带血,曾诊断为肺结核,抗痨治疗数月无效。既往无慢性心肺病史。入院后查体及血沉等检验均正常。胸部X线片示左上肺有一分叶状、密度均匀、边缘清晰的阴影。诊断为新生
Alveolar cell carcinoma (Alveolar cell Carcinoma) is rare, accounting for 1-8% of lung tumors, with an average of 2.5%. The vast majority occurred in adults over the age of 40, Storey comprehensive 205 cases, the average age of 59 years, of which the smallest case of 16 years old.
