基于钻头与地层相互作用模型,对钻头的各向异性钻井特性进行了理论分析,用两个特性参数定量描述了钻头转角对并料变化和方位漂移的影响。对钻头各向异性的试验研究表明,钻头各向异性指数可用室内试验来确定。
Based on the model of interaction between drill bit and formation, the anisotropy drilling performance of drill bit is theoretically analyzed, and the influence of bit rotation angle on feed change and bearing drift is quantitatively described by two characteristic parameters. Experimental study on the anisotropy of drill bit shows that the drill bit anisotropy index can be determined by laboratory test.
