百年企业靠文化。文化是企业基业长青的根基,建设企业文化是当今许多企业的共同追求。一直以来,企业文化被看做是高高在上的,是抽象的,是一种理念的宣导。实质上,企业文化更反映了企业管理者的内在素质,反映了管理者修身养性、自我管理的状态和成效。企业文化决定着企业的发展方向、发展模式,决定着企业的发展前途和命运。从某种意义上说,企业文化建设是一项比挖金子更为重要的工作。它所创造出来的精神财富比金子更为珍贵。
Centennial enterprises rely on culture. Culture is the foundation of a long-term enterprise. Building a corporate culture is the common pursuit of many enterprises today. All along, corporate culture is seen as superior, is abstract, is a concept of advocacy. In essence, the corporate culture reflects the inherent qualities of the enterprise managers and reflects the status and effectiveness of managers’ self-cultivation and self-management. Corporate culture determines the direction of development of enterprises, development model, determines the development of the enterprise’s future and destiny. In a sense, corporate culture is a more important task than digging gold. The spiritual wealth it creates is more precious than gold.
