外滩防汛墙是上海地区重要的防汛设施,现状工程基本结构为高桩码头式空厢结构,竣工于1993年12月25日。工程经受了黄浦公园水文站历史最高潮位(5.72m)的考验,确保了防汛安全。关于外滩防汛墙建设的情况以及对工程的总体评价,已经在《上海外滩防汛墙建设之回顾》一文中加以介绍(见本刊2010年第3期),本文重点对工程规划、设计、施工、管理、维修等环节存在的问题进行了反思,抛砖引玉,为总结经验和进行外滩防汛墙工程建设项目后评价提供参考。 The Bund flood wall is an important flood control facilities in Shanghai, the status quo of the basic structure of the project is a piled wharf structure, completed in December 25, 1993. The project has withstood the test of the highest tide level of Huangpu Park hydrological station (5.72m) and ensured flood control safety. The construction of the Bund flood control wall as well as the overall evaluation of the project have been described in the article “Review of the Bund Flood Control Wall in Shanghai” (see Issue 3, 2010). This paper focuses on engineering planning, design, construction, Management, maintenance and other aspects of the existing problems of reflection, initiate, for the sake of summing up the experience and the Bund flood control wall project construction project evaluation provide a reference.
