切削刀具的切削性能和被切削材料的可切削性是金属切削领域中两个重大的问题。而刀具耐用度往往作为评价这两者的最常用的指标。刀具耐用度在数控加工时显得特别重要,要充分发挥数控机床的先进性,就必须对刀具耐用度提出要求,并且需要回答选择何种切削用量,才能满足数控加工对刀具耐用度的要求。
The cutting performance of cutting tools and the machinability of the material being cut are two major problems in the field of metal cutting. Tool durability is often the most commonly used indicator of both. Tool durability in CNC machining is particularly important, to give full play to the advanced nature of CNC machine tools, we must put forward the requirements of tool durability, and the need to answer the choice of what amount of cutting, CNC machining to meet the durability requirements of the tool.
