2001年12月～2002年12月,我科对68例单纯用输卵管通液治疗失败的不孕症患者,采用经期抗感染并施以中药保留灌肠的方法治疗,取得较好的效果,现报告如下。 一般资料:本组患者年龄24～39岁;不孕时间2～10年。其中原发不孕25例,继发不孕43例。所有病例均为门诊单纯输卵管通液治疗失败者,治疗前均经子宫输卵管造影确诊并定位。 治疗方法:患者于月经第1天开始选用细菌敏感的抗生素或广谱抗生素与抗厌氧菌药物联合静滴,根据时间的长短确定用药时间(3～7天)。于月经干净后第3天开始。用中药方剂:红藤30g、公英30g、地丁30g、丹参15g、菊花10g、赤芍
