研究了Si含量对球墨铸铁力学性能的影响。结果表明,在-40℃下试样的冲击吸收功随Si含量的增加而先增大后减小,在硅含量为1.98%时达到最大值15.86 J,抗拉强度和硬度随着Si含量的增加而增大,伸长率则随之减小,拉伸断口为韧性断裂;综合来看,当Si含量为1.98%~2.12%时,试样的各项性能都能满足QT350-22AL的要求,为最佳含量。
The effect of Si content on the mechanical properties of ductile iron was investigated. The results show that the impact absorbed energy of the sample first increases and then decreases with the increase of Si content at -40 ℃, reaching the maximum value of 15.86 J at a silicon content of 1.98%.
