本文先对晶体管开关技术作了简要的讨论,指出了射极电流开关在速度和稳定性方面的优越性。给出了典型晶体管的参数,并注意到高速开关线路中二极管的特性。然后详细地分析了射极电流开关,并根据分析结果列出了设计这种线路的一套原则。用一个方波发生器、一个脉冲形成线路和一个运用在高达80兆赫的计数器作为例子来说明电流开关技术的潜力。上述线路全都采用了OC 170型晶体管。
In this paper, a brief discussion of the transistor switching technology, pointed out that the emitter current switch in the superiority of speed and stability. The parameters of a typical transistor are given and the characteristics of the diodes in the high speed switch circuit are noted. Then a detailed analysis of the emitter current switch, and according to the analysis of the results set out to design a line of this principle. The potential of current switching technology is illustrated with a square wave generator, a pulse forming circuit, and a counter using up to 80 MHz as an example. All of these lines use the OC 170 transistor.
