目的:探索系统健康教育在外置静脉留置针患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2013年6月到2015年6月在我院实施外置静脉留置针的患者120例作为研究对象,随机平均分成实验组和对照组,每组各60例。对照组接受常规的健康教育,实验组则在对照组的基础上接受系统的健康教育知识教育。然后观察患者护理期间的并发症发生率、外置静脉留置针留置时间、护理满意度以及对健康知识的掌握情况。结果:接受系统健康教育的对照组患者对于健康知识的学习效果、外置静脉留置针留置时间、护理满意度均高于对照组;并发症发生率明显低于对照组。组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:系统健康教育对于外置静脉留置针患者有着很好的应用效果,且能够减少护理期间并发症的发生几率,提高外置静脉留置针的留置时间。
Objective: To explore the effect of system health education in nursing patients with external venous indwelling needle. Methods: A total of 120 patients with external indwelling needles in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2015 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received routine health education, while the experimental group received systematic health education knowledge education on the basis of the control group. Then observe the incidence of complications during patient care, external venous catheter indwelling time, nursing satisfaction and knowledge of the health situation. Results: The learning effect of health knowledge, the retention time of external venous indwelling needle and nursing satisfaction of the control group received systematic health education were higher than those of the control group. The incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group. There was significant difference between groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: System health education has a good effect on patients with external venous indwelling needle, and can reduce the incidence of complications during nursing and improve the retention time of external venous catheter.
