细谷良夫,生于1935年,日本弘前大学、东北学院大学教授,东洋文库清朝史研究室研究员,中国人民大学清史研究所特聘研究员,日本满族史研究会会长。在八旗史和尚可喜家族史研究方面久负盛名。代表作有《八旗通志初集(旗分志)编篡及其背景——雍正朝佐领改革的一个方面》、《八旗觉罗佐领考》、《清朝中期八旗汉军的再编成》等。细谷先生一向重视文献研究与实地考察的结合,自上世纪80年代以来,与中、俄等国学者合作,长期开展清朝遗迹与满族历史现状的调查,足迹遍及中国内地与边疆以及外蒙古、俄罗斯远东等地,撰写了一系列调查报告。本文即细谷先生所撰从哈巴罗夫斯克到阿穆尔河(黑龙江)河口之间进行实地考察的报告。文中介绍了黑龙江下游的历史遗迹、风土人情以及与中原王朝的悠久联系,这对长久以来未能实地踏勘该地区的中国学者来说,无疑具有参考价值。
