①目的研究荞麦花叶总黄酮(TFBFL)对小鼠抗急性应激反应的能力。②方法将小鼠随机分为正常对照组及TFBFL高、低剂量组。TFBFL组按40mg/(kg·d)和20mg/kg·d),灌胃给药7天,正常对照组灌胃等容量的去离子水。末次给药2小时,采用负重游泳法,观察游泳时间;常压耐缺氧和耐低温法,观察小鼠存活时间。③结果TFBFL能延长小鼠负重游泳时间,缺氧存活时间及提高耐寒能力,TFBFL高剂量作用更为显著。④结论TFBFL具有明显的抗疲劳、耐缺氧、耐低温作用,可增加小鼠应激反应的能力。
Objective To study the anti-acute stress response of TFBFL in mice. Methods The mice were randomly divided into normal control group and TFBFL high and low dose groups. The TFBFL group was administrated with 40mg / (kg · d) and 20mg / kg · d) for 7 days. The normal control group was given the same volume of deionized water. The last administration of 2 hours, using the load-bearing swimming method, observe the swimming time; atmospheric hypoxia and hypothermia, observe the survival time of mice. ③ Results TFBFL can prolong the weight-bearing swimming time, the survival time of hypoxia and improve the ability of cold resistance, and the high dose of TFBFL is more significant. ④ Conclusion TFBFL has obvious anti-fatigue, hypoxia-tolerance, low-temperature effects, can increase the ability of stress response in mice.
