针对锅炉扰动工况下水冷壁的安全问题,根据汽液两相流阻力分相流模型,建立了直流锅炉水冷壁热敏感系数定量计算表达式,基于C++Builder分析程序研制了水冷壁热敏感特性分析软件.对1100 t/h直流锅炉水冷壁的热敏感系数进行了定量计算,并分析了热负荷、压力、质量流速等因素对流量敏感系数、压降敏感系数和出口焓敏感系数的影响规律.结果表明:在近临界压力区,锅炉热敏感性受外界扰动的影响最为剧烈.研究结果对防止水冷壁爆管,确保直流锅炉安全运行具有重要意义.
Aiming at the safety problem of water wall under boiler disturbance, according to the model of resistance-phase flow of vapor-liquid two-phase flow, the expression of thermal sensitivity coefficient of water wall of DC boiler was established. Based on C ++ Builder analysis program, Sensitivity analysis software was used to quantitatively calculate the thermal sensitivity coefficients of the waterwall of a 1100 t / h once-through boiler. The influences of thermal load, pressure and mass flow rate on the flow sensitivity coefficient, pressure drop sensitivity coefficient and outlet enthalpy sensitivity coefficient The results show that in the near critical pressure area, the thermal sensitivity of the boiler is most affected by external disturbances.The research results are of great significance in preventing the explosion of water wall and ensuring the safe operation of the boiler.
