针对ZL205A框架式铸件外形尺寸大,壁厚不均和结构复杂等特点,采用独特的砂型差压浇注系统,均匀了铸件内部的应力分布,有效控制了框架式铸件的缩松和变形缺陷,解决了充型困难的问题。
In view of the large size, uneven wall thickness and complicated structure of ZL205A frame castings, the unique sand differential pressure casting system is adopted to evenly distribute the stress in the castings and effectively control the shrinkage and deformation defects of the frame castings.
