AAC(6’)-Ib是重要的氨基糖苷乙酰基团转移酶,其变异基因aac(6’)-Ib-cr可同时作用于氨基糖苷类和氟喹诺酮类两类结构不同的抗生素,是引起细菌耐药性的一种重要作用机制。该文主要对aac(6’)-Ib-cr介导的喹诺酮类新耐药机制相关研究进行综述。
