文章采用UG NX软件,以国内某航天器中步进电机支架为研究对象,简要介绍了UG NX软件与数控仿真技术相结合的过程与方法,阐述二者相结合带来的优势。利用UG NX软件制做航天器中电机支架设计及数控加工模块。通过制作航天器电动机的支架分析了设计和加工步骤,进行实体建模以及数控编程加工,创建NC操作程序,生成刀具路径,进行仿真加工,利用后处理器生成NC程序。在老师的指导下观察刀具的运动过程,提高程序的正确性和安全性,提高工作效率。
The article uses UG NX software to stepping motor bracket in a domestic spacecraft as the research object, briefly introduces the process and method of combining UG NX software with numerical simulation technology, expounds the advantages brought by the combination of the two. Using UG NX software to make spacecraft in the motor bracket design and numerical control processing module. Through the fabrication of the spacecraft motor bracket, the design and processing steps were analyzed, the solid modeling and NC programming were performed, the NC operating program was created, the tool path was generated, the simulation was performed, and the postprocessor was used to generate the NC program.
