慢性粒细胞白血病（下简称侵粒）常见。近年来，国内倾向于联合化疗[1]。我院采用HA方案领处理，然后给予羟基脲口服，初步报告如下。1临床资料1．1病例：10例，年龄20～56岁；男7例，女3例。初治8例，复发2例。脾均肿大，6例至脐下。WDC（200土136）X10VL。1．2治疗：高三尖杉 Chronic myelogenous leukemia (referred to as aggression) is common.
