本文介绍的是火箭发动机推力自动测试的方法。测试装置是由试验台、火行发动机和一台8位微型电子计算机组成。使用由实验室中应变片制做的测力传感器将推力转换成电信号,并由微型电子计算机记录下来,然后分析此电信号并根据系统动态法将其再转换成实际推力值。本文论述的火箭发动机系统试验台可被视为一个简单弹簧质量阻尼系统,并以此确定其传递函数。设计了用于数据获得和信号分析的计算机程序,并把它和计算机中主控制程序相联,这样即可自动进行推力测试,同时在荧光屏上绘出推力-时间曲线,并打印输出计算结果。
This article describes the rocket engine thrust automatic test method. The test rig consists of a test rig, a fire engine and an 8-bit microcomputer. The thrust force is converted into an electrical signal using a force transducer made in a strain gauge in the lab and recorded by a microcomputer. The electrical signal is then analyzed and reconverted to the actual thrust value according to the system dynamics. The rocket engine system test bed discussed in this paper can be considered as a simple spring-mass damping system to determine its transfer function. A computer program for data acquisition and signal analysis is designed and linked to the main control program in the computer so that the thrust test can be performed automatically while the thrust-time curve is plotted on the screen and the calculation output printed.
