本文报告在河南省柘城县班氏丝虫病流行区平均微丝蚴率为6.25％的大队单用海群生药盐的观察结果。服药盐毕、药盐后1年和3年的平均微丝蚴率分别为0.2％、0.39％和0.69％。初步表明单纯普服药盐可使中度偏低和低度丝虫病流行区在较短时间内达到国家所规定的基本消灭丝虫病标准。
This article reports the observation of a single elixir of seaweed salt with a mean microfilarial rate of 6.25% in the endemic area of Bancroftian filariasis in Tancheng County, Henan Province. After taking the medicine salt, the average microfilaria rates of 1 year and 3 years after drug salt were 0.2%, 0.39% and 0.69% respectively. The preliminary results showed that the simple common medicine salt can make the moderately low and low filariasis epidemic area meet the national standard of eliminating filariasis basically in a relatively short period of time.
