目的建立一种简单、准确的油溶性茶多酚测定的新方法。方法采用硅胶固相萃取对油脂中的油溶性茶多酚富集,酸性甲醇回收,通过皂化,将浓缩后的油溶性茶多酚转化成水溶性茶多酚,采用福林酚比色法测定其含量。结果该方法的线性方程为Y=0.0007X-0.0381,R2=0.9566,回收率为82.7%和84.8%,相对标准偏差为5%左右,能够满足常规分析。结论本方法操作简单,不需要复杂分析仪器,分析结果较可靠,可以用于食用油中油溶性茶多酚的含量测定。
Objective To establish a simple and accurate method for the determination of oil-soluble tea polyphenols. Methods Silica gel SPE was used to enrich the oil-soluble tea polyphenol in the oil and recover the acidic methanol. The concentrated oil-soluble tea polyphenol was transformed into water-soluble tea polyphenol by saponification, Its content. Results The linear equation of the method was Y = 0.0007X-0.0381, R2 = 0.9566, the recoveries were 82.7% and 84.8%, and the relative standard deviation was about 5%, which could meet the routine analysis. Conclusion This method is simple, does not require complex analytical instruments, the analysis results are more reliable and can be used for determination of oil-soluble tea polyphenols in edible oil.
