目的探讨肥胖2型糖尿病患者血清Apelin水平的变化及其意义。方法糖尿病和肥胖患者的空腹血糖和胰岛素水平,计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR);用酶联免疫吸附法测定患者血清Apelin含量。结果肥胖糖尿病患者32例,正常体重糖尿病31例,单纯肥胖患者34例,正常对照组30例,分别测定血清Apelin比正常对照组明显升高(P<0.01)。肥胖糖尿病组血清Apelin水平为(426.3±35.0)pg/ml明显高于正常体重糖尿病组的(376.4±40.8)pg/ml和单纯肥胖组(392.2±31.1)pg/ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论肥胖和胰岛素抵抗相伴时引起血清Apelin升高,高血糖和肥胖并存加重胰岛素抵抗,导致肥胖糖尿病组Apelin进一步升高。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum Apelin levels in obese type 2 diabetic patients and its significance. Methods Fasting plasma glucose and insulin levels were measured in patients with diabetes mellitus and obesity to calculate the insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR). Serum Apelin levels were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results 32 cases of obese diabetic patients, 31 cases of normal body weight diabetes mellitus, 34 cases of simple obesity patients, 30 cases of normal control group were measured serum Apelin was significantly higher than the normal control group (P <0.01). The level of serum Apelin was (426.3 ± 35.0) pg / ml in obese diabetic group was significantly higher than that in normal weight group (376.4 ± 40.8 pg / ml) and simple obesity group (392.2 ± 31.1 pg / ml) P <0.01). Conclusions Overexpression of Apelin in obese diabetic patients leads to the increase of serum Apelin accompanied by obesity and insulin resistance, and the hyperglycemia and obesity coexist with insulin resistance.
