近年来,随着膜类脂化学的进展,越来越多的研究表明机体代谢过程中产生的自由基及其脂过氧化作用参与了脑缺血后的神经细胞损害。癫痫灶神经细胞常有缺血改变,癫痫的发病机制是否也有自由基病理学过程参与?值得研究。我们对6例临床及脑电图确诊的癫痫患者,手术时根据皮层电图指示,分别取了有痫波放电部位及正常脑电活动部位脑组织进行了过氧化脂质(LPO)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性测定,现将结果分析于下。资料及方法一般资料:男:5,女1。年龄18~34岁,平均26.16岁。癫痫发作类型:部分性发作发展至全身发作3例、大发作3例。病程最短10个月,最长18年,平均8.1年。癫痫灶位置:额叶3
