人力资源的好坏直接影响高职院校的教学水平以及院校的竞争力、发展潜力,因此人力资源管理是提高高职院校管理水平的核心因素。本文对高职院校人力资源管理存在的问题进行分析,对提高高职院校的人力资源管理水平进行思考。
The quality of human resources directly affects the teaching level of higher vocational colleges as well as the competitiveness and development potential of colleges and universities. Therefore, human resources management is the core factor to improve the management level of higher vocational colleges. This article analyzes the existing problems of human resource management in higher vocational colleges and gives some suggestions on how to improve the human resource management in higher vocational colleges.
