目的:建立兖州卷柏中特征成分穗花杉双黄酮的含量测定方法,比较不同生长季节兖州卷柏中穗花双黄酮的含量。方法:采用HPLC法对样品中总黄酮醇苷和总内酯进行定量分析。对样品中穗花双黄酮进行定量分析。结果:5月份穗花杉双黄酮含量最高,9月份后穗花杉双黄酮含量有所降低,12月份穗花杉双黄酮含量最低。结论:不同季节兖州卷柏中穗花杉双黄酮含量差异较大,此结果为适时采收兖州卷柏质量评价和合理开发利用提供依据。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of the content of biflavone in Flos Magnoliae from Selaginella in Yanzhou, and to compare the content of biflavones in Flos Magnoliae from Yanzhou in different growing seasons. Methods: Quantitative analysis of total flavonol glycosides and total lactones in samples by HPLC method. Quantitative analysis of bixin in the sample. Results: The content of bioflavonoids in Fraxinus mandshurica was the highest in May, but the content of bioflavonoids in Fraxinus mandshurica decreased in September, and the content of bioflavonoids in Fraxinus mandshurica was the lowest in December. CONCLUSION: The content of biflavone in Chinese fir (Senecio camara) differs significantly in different seasons, and the results provide the basis for timely evaluation of the quality of Selaginella in Yanzhou and rational exploitation and utilization.
