大型轴流式水轮发电机组,尚无压水调相的成功经验。通过模型试验,观察分析了轴流式水轮机调相压水的水流状态、压水作用过程和气水分离条件,表明轴流式水轮机的调相压水并不困难。影响调相压水成败的主要因素是给气流量,其值与机型、轮叶转角、转轮直径、下游水位等因素有关。储气罐容积按压水所需有效空气量计算确定。只要保证足够的压水供气流量,即可成功地实现调相压水之目的。文中还介绍了轴流式水轮机调相压水的模型试验装置。
Large-scale axial-flow hydro-generating set, there is no successful experience of pressure water phase. Through the model test, the state of water flow, pressure water effect and gas-water separation conditions of axial-flow turbine turbocompressors were observed and analyzed, which indicated that the pressure-controlled water pressure of axial-flow turbines is not difficult. The main factor that affects the success or failure of phase pressure water injection is the flow rate to the gas, whose value is related to the model, the angle of the wheel leaf, the diameter of the runner and the downstream water level. Gas tank volume required to press the effective air volume calculated. As long as the pressure to ensure adequate supply air flow, you can successfully achieve the purpose of phase pressure water.
