普通音乐教育属于素质教育, 其最终机理在于开发人的大脑及其思维能力, 普通音乐教育对社会发展当然具有功利性, 但其功利性只能靠人自身的健全发展来实现。对此,音乐教育具有特殊的价值;从哲学层次说, 是使人达到“完整的人化”, 即人之本性的人化;从心理学层次说, 是建构人的感性与理性( 包括德性) 协调发展的文化—心理结构;从脑科学层次说,主要是开发人的具有巨大潜力的右脑;从思维学层次说,是开发直觉思维进而增强与抽象思维相配合的创造性思维能力。
Ordinary music education belongs to quality education. The ultimate mechanism lies in the development of human brain and its thinking ability. Ordinary music education certainly has utility for social development, but its utilitarian can only be achieved by the sound development of human beings. In this regard, music education has a special value; from the philosophical level, is to make people reach “complete humanization”, that is human nature of human; from the psychology level, is to build people’s sensibility and rationality (including Germany Sexual) coordinated development of the cultural - psychological structure; from the level of brain science is mainly the development of people’s great potential right brain; from the level of thinking science is to develop intuition thinking and thus enhance the abstract thinking with the creative thinking ability.
