目的比较氧嗪酸钾(potassium oxonate,PO)单用及PO联用酵母粉(yeast extract,YE)2种不同处理对大鼠血尿酸及相关指标的影响,为进一步研究高尿酸血症(HUA)对机体的影响提供依据。方法采用随机区组方法将30只雄性SD大鼠分为正常对照组、PO组、PO+YE组。PO组和PO+YE组每日按750 mg/kg给予PO灌胃,同时PO+YE组饲料中添加10%YE,对照组和PO组均给予普通饲料。定期检测大鼠血压、血尿酸、血脂水平及肾功能,实验终止时取肾组织经HE染色观察形态学变化。采用SPSS 19.0进行统计学分析,多组间比较采用方差分析,进一步两两比较采用SNK-q检验。结果与对照组比较,PO组和PO+YE组实验2周时大鼠血尿酸水平开始增高,第4、6周时明显增高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);6周时PO+YE组TG水平[(1.47±0.38)mmol/L]明显高于正常对照组[(0.81±0.12)mmol/L],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2个处理组大鼠血压及肾组织形态均未见异常。结论 PO单用和PO联用YE均可使血尿酸水平稳定升高,且一定时期内肾脏无损伤,PO联用YE还可使血脂水平发生变化。
