现代远程教育试点并未像人们预期的那样根据学习者的需求提供灵活多样的教学服务。造成这种现象的根本原因是人们仍然习惯于用精英教育的游戏规则去规范大众化、普及化教育行为。本文在分析现代远程教育及大从高等教育、普及高等教育本质特征的基础上,提出建立现代远程教育游戏规则的构想。
The modern distance education pilot did not provide a flexible and diverse teaching service according to learners’ needs as expected. The root cause of this phenomenon is that people are still accustomed to using the elite education rules of the game to standardize the popularization of educational behavior. Based on the analysis of the modern distance education and the basic characteristics of higher education, we put forward the conception of establishing the rules of modern distance education.
