Th cellular immune imbalance is one of the important mechanisms of chronic infection of Hepatitis B virus (HBV). Th cell differentiation is regulated by cytokines and their receptors, TCR-APC-antigen / major histocompatibility complex, cell signaling, HBV genotype and mutation, regulatory T cells (Treg) and other aspects of the impact. Understanding of Th cell differentiation, prevention and treatment of HBV infection has important guiding significance. One is to help understand the vaccination effect of hepatitis B vaccine and improve the vaccine; the second is to guide the development of antiviral drugs and therapeutic vaccines, by raising the Th1 immune response or Th2 dominant response to Th1 dominant response conversion to the treatment of chronic hepatitis B .
