目的探讨接苯后机体内肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)活性水平的变化特点及TNF与毒效应之间的可能联系。方法对染苯小鼠和苯接触组、苯中毒组人群的TNF活性及白细胞进行了测定和计数。结果(1)染毒组小鼠白细胞水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05),而TNF活性明显高于对照组(P<0.05);(2)苯中毒组人群血清TNF活性明显高于对照组(P<0.05);(3)苯中毒组、苯接触组人群血清TNF活性与白细胞水平存在负相关,相关系数为-0.4198,P=0.006。结论长期慢性接触苯,TNF可能作为负调控因素在苯致造血抑制的过程中起重要作用
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the changes of tumor necrosis factor (TNF) activity level and the possible relationship between TNF and toxic effect after receiving benzene. Methods The activity of TNF and leucocyte in benzene-exposed and benzene-exposed groups were determined and counted. Results (1) The level of leukocyte in the treated group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05), while the activity of TNF was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). (2) (P <0.05). (3) There was a negative correlation between serum TNF activity and leukocyte level in benzene poisoning group and the correlation coefficient was -0.4198, P = 0.006. Conclusion Long-term chronic exposure to benzene and TNF may play important roles in the process of benzene-induced hematopoietic suppression as negative regulators
