服务礼仪是营业员非常重要的职业活动的基本技能,营业员职业形象的好坏直接影响到企业的形象。因此本单元设计以学生就业营业员这一岗位为导向,以企业营业员岗位真实工作过程为载体,根据我校教改的实际,从单元思路、单元教学目标、单元教学过程三个方面对营业员服务礼仪与服务用语进行具体教学设计。
Service etiquette is the basic skills of the salesperson is very important professional activities, the salesperson’s professional image of a direct impact on the corporate image.
