当下经济新常态、“互联网+”等一系列经济变革对整个社会带来了巨大影响,同时冲击着高校周边热卖内涵,促使高校周边商家加速经营转型。该文通过对南京、镇江地区高校周边热卖现象的调查,深入分析促使热卖产生的主要因素,以及传统经营模式难以适应互联网环境的问题,从经济学的角度为政府、商家、高校、大学生寻找适合持续热卖的各自管控策略和建议,为提高和谐校园建设,促进地方经济建设提供有益的借鉴作用。
