吴××男32岁,船厂工人,于1977年12月10日开始口服男性节育药普通棉酚每日20mg,因服药方法未理解清楚,连服此剂量248天,至8月15日发生软瘫才停药,当时服棉酚总剂量4.96g 患者于发病前一月已开始有前驱症状,如乏力四肢麻木等。发病当天凌晨一点醒来想起床解小便时发现双下肢不能抬举,也无力翻身,即来院急诊,当时神志清,一般体检无明显异常,仅四肢肌张力明显减低,下肢肌力1～2级,上肢肌力2～3级。感觉无明显障碍,腹壁反射与膝反射消失,跟腱反射减弱,提睾反射存在、病理反射(一),血清钾1.9
