在缺Zn2+条件下,旱育稻秧生长不良。喷施质量浓度为5mg/L(赤霉素)GA3不能有效地改善其素质。喷施质量浓度为500mg/L的色氨酸(Trp)或质量浓度为500mg/L的Trp与质量浓度为5mg/L的GA3混喷对秧苗生长有明显的恢复效应,而且混喷具有增效作用。在Zn2+充足(苗床施Zn2+)的条件下,喷施质量浓度为5mg/L的GA3使分蘖数及总根数明显减少;喷施质量浓度为500mg/LTrp效果不明显。以上结果表明:(1)缺Zn2+条件下,秧苗生长受抑的主要原因是植株体内Trp的合成减少,外源Trp可弥补其自身合成的不足,外源GA3可能通过某种途径调节体内IAA或Trp的代谢而使其与Trp混喷具有增效作用;(2)在Zn2+充足条件下,外源GA3可能干扰内源激素间动态平衡而破坏秧苗正常生长,使秧苗素质下降。
In the absence of Zn2 +, dry-growing rice seedlings grow poorly. Spraying mass concentration of 5mg / L (gibberellin) GA3 can not effectively improve its quality. Spraying Trp with 500mg / L or Trp with concentration of 500mg / L and GA3 with mass concentration of 5mg / L could obviously improve the seedling growth, and the mixed spray had synergistic effect effect. Spraying GA3 at a concentration of 5 mg / L significantly reduced the number of tillers and the total number of roots under the condition of adequate Zn2 + (Zn2 + in the seedbed). The spraying effect of 500 mg / L Rh was not obvious. The results showed that: (1) The main reason for the inhibition of seedling growth in the absence of Zn2 + was the decrease of Trp synthesis in plants, and the exogenous Trp could make up for the lack of its own synthesis. Exogenous GA3 may regulate IAA or Trp can enhance its synergism with Trp spray. (2) Exogenous GA3 may interfere with the dynamic balance of endogenous hormones and undermine the normal growth of seedling under Zn2 + sufficient condition, which will lead to the decrease of seedling quality.
