目的　探讨结肠火器伤一期修复的可行性。方法　对无受伤时间在８ｈ以内，腹腔污染不重，破裂范围小于２５％周径且一般情况良好的１３例结肠火器伤病人进行一期单层缝合修复并跟踪随访。结果　１３例病人全部治愈出院，无肠瘘发生，伤口及刀口甲级愈合１２例，乙级愈合１例。术后随访２年，９例营养良好，无肠梗阻症状。结论　只要严格掌握手术适应证，一期修复结肠火器伤是可行的。 Objective To investigate the feasibility of a one-stage repair of colonic firearm injuries. Methods Thirteen patients with colonic firearm wounds who had no injury within 8h, no severe peritoneal contamination, less than 25% rupture circumference and generally good conditions were followed up with a single-stage suture. Results All 13 patients were cured and discharged without intestinal fistula. There were 12 cases of grade A wound healing and 1 case of grade B healing. After 2 years of follow-up, 9 patients were well-nourished with no symptoms of intestinal obstruction. Conclusion As long as strict indications of surgical indications, a repair of firearm colon is feasible.
