从合金的成分设计、制备技术和热处理工艺三方面综述了高强高导Cu-Cr-Zr合金的研究现状。适量稀土的加入能够提高合金的强度、硬度和软化温度。与常规熔炼工艺相比,快速凝固能大大提高合金的综合性能。时效前的冷变形能够促进第二相析出,显著提高合金的强化效果。该类合金将向多元微合金化方向发展,尚需解决的主要问题是Zr元素在非真空熔炼过程中的烧损。
The research status of Cu-Cr-Zr alloy with high strength and high conductance is reviewed from three aspects of alloy composition design, preparation technology and heat treatment process. Appropriate amount of rare earth can increase the strength of the alloy, hardness and softening temperature. Compared with the conventional smelting process, rapid solidification can greatly improve the overall performance of the alloy. Pre-aging cold deformation can promote precipitation of the second phase, significantly enhance the strengthening effect of the alloy. Such alloys will be multi-dimensional micro-alloying direction, the main problem to be solved is the Zr element in the non-vacuum melting process of burning.
